Boodles of Popcorn is under the umbrella of our parent company Boodles of Baskets.

At boodlesofpopcorn.com, your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason during the ordering, shipping or receiving of our popcorn, you are not completely satisfied, please do not hesitate to contact us at once.
The information you provide to boodlesofpopcorn.com is stored, offline, and secured by our head office Boodles of Baskets. Under no circumstances do we sell, rent or otherwise disclose ANY personal information provided to us, by you, EVER.
Your Credit Card
All credit card transactions are processed online through Bambora a world leader in payment processing. Your receipt will have the name of our head office Boodles of Baskets on it.
In order to provide you with the freshest product possible, processing times are as follows:
Orders placed by 12pm EST Monday-Friday are processed and shipped the next business day. Orders placed after 12pm, on the weekend or a holiday, will be processed and shipped the day after the next business day.
eg. You place your order by 12pm EST Monday, a business day, your order is processed and shipped Tuesday.
Your order is placed after 12pm EST Monday, a business day, your order is processed and shipped Wednesday.
Due to its perishable nature, once the popcorn gift has been made, your order is non-cancellable and non-refundable.
Taxes and Shipping Charges
Taxes are calculated based on where the popcorn is being delivered, not based on where the sender lives. If the correct province/state is not chosen during the order process and/or incorrect taxes are applied we will make the necessary corrections on your behalf and charge your credit card accordingly.
Shipping charges are per item regardless if going to the same or different addresses as each gift is shipped in its own specially designed box. If shipping charges are not chosen during the order process and/or an incorrect address is given, we will make the necessary corrections on your behalf and charge your credit card accordingly.
Our shipping is done via Fedex. Deliveries are made between 9 and 6 EST Monday to Friday approximately. Fedex does not allow time specific deliveries (eg. by 1pm). Fedex does not phone to arrange deliveries. Shipment times reflect business days. Shipping to remote locations may require more time and an increase in shipping costs. We will not be held responsible for delays due to weather or other acts of God. Popcorn is available for shipping throughout Canada and the USA. Nunavut, NWT and the Yukon will incur additional ship days and shipping charges.
Hospital/Retirement/Colleges/and the like:
boodlesofpopcorn.com will not be held responsible for popcorn that has been delivered to shipping and receiving, but not forwarded to the patient/student/recipient by the accepting facility. Please keep in mind that there might be an additional day from the day Fedex delivers your gift, to the day the facility delivers it to the recipient. We have no control over this and is up to the individual facility.
If a recipient is not home when the popcorn is delivered, and it is a house your popcorn will be left in a shipping box on the porch. If it is going to an apartment or business, a signature may be required. A note will be left, if possible, instructing the recipient to either call the number provided to arrange for delivery or to sign the note with instructions on where to leave the tin of popcorn for a re-delivery attempt the following business day. After two attempts, the popcorn will be returned to us. There will be an additional return shipping charge equal to the actual shipping fee charged by Fedex. Re-ship fees will be equal to the actual shipping fee charged by Fedex.
Due to popcorn’s perishable nature it is imperative that we are provided with a correct address. If an address change request is made while the package is on route, an additional shipping fee of $14 will apply. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide us with a complete and correct address, including buzzer number, if applicable. Please check your addresses carefully! (Including a daytime phone number where the recipient can be reached is highly recommended.) boodlesofpopcorn.com/Boodles of Baskets will not be held responsible for returns due to an incorrect address. No refund will be given.
Delivery Tracking- As long as you provide us with a valid email address, you will receive a tracking update for your popcorn. If you”d prefer, Boodles of Popcorn can track your order for you for a $5 tracking fee per item.
Due to the perishable nature of popcorn, please ensure that someone will be available to receive your popcorn delivery on the delivery date. We cannot be responsible for popcorn that is damaged or spoiled due to any delivery issues. All damaged shipments must be reported within 5 business days. We will make every effort to replace damaged items within this time, however we cannot be responsible for damage not reported within this time frame.
Please keep all damaged merchandise and packaging as it may be requested by the carrier.
Any goods returned to boodlesofpopcorn.com/Boodles of Baskets without prior authorization will not be refunded. The shipping costs of unauthorized returns will not be refunded.
Due to government regulations all popcorn shipped to the USA is non-returnable and non-refundable.
All orders cancelled after the credit card has been processed, but before the popcorn is made are subject to a $5.00 cancellation fee. No cancellations once popcorn has been made.
We reserve the right to change, amend, update or cancel this policy at anytime without notice.
