Once your order has been shipped you will receive an automated email from Fedex or Canada Post when
1) your popcorn has shipped
2) if there are any problems with the delivery and
3) when your popcorn is delivered.Orders are shipped Monday to Friday (Business Days Only)
Processing times are as follows:
Orders placed by 12pm EST Monday-Friday are processed and shipped the next business day. Orders placed after 12pm, on the weekend or a holiday, will be processed and shipped the day after the next business day.
eg. You place your order by 12pm EST Monday, a business day, your order is processed and shipped Tuesday. Your order is placed after 12pm EST Monday, a business day, your order is processed and shipped Wednesday.

Once your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number from the courier. Please check your spam or junk mail if you do not see this email.
If you don’t receive a tracking number please email us at email@example.com and we will provide you with a tracking number ASAP.
