Popcorn Order Cut Off Times

In order to provide you with the freshest product possible, processing times are as follows:
Orders placed by 12pm EST Monday-Friday are processed and shipped the next business day.

Orders placed after 12pm, on the weekend or a holiday, will be processed and shipped the day after the next business day. eg. You place your order by 12pm EST Monday, a business day, your order is processed and shipped Tuesday. Your order is placed after 12pm EST Monday, a business day, your order is processed and shipped Wednesday. You place your order Sunday, by 12 noon, your order is processed and shipped Tuesday. You place your order Sunday, after 12 noon, your order is processed and shipped Wednesday.

Minimum orders

Minimum Order-we require a minimum purchase of $30 per address.

Shipping Fees

Shipping Fees are per item NOT per address (First $30 shipped to one address is one shipping fee).

Shipping Times

Shipping times are business days only and vary based on destination. Shipping times do not include day of order (see order cut off times above to calculate day of order, which may be different than date the order is placed on our site). Ground shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Remote areas may take more time and incur additional shipping charges.

When to Order Popcorn?

If you’re not sure when to order your  popcorn for a future delivery date, give us a call, or, place your order ahead of time and enter the requested delivery date under special instructions. We will ship your popcorn to arrive on your requested date. (Available on future orders only. Please ensure you are meeting the minimum order deadlines)

Popcorn Transit Times

Our popcorn is shipped with Fedex. (PO Box addresses and remote locations are shipped ground with Canada Post).

Ground shipping is estimated and is not guaranteed.

Transit times are BUSINESS days. Weekend and holiday deliveries are not available.

Special Instructions/Preferred Delivery Date

Shipping times are Monday to Friday between approximately 9am and 6 pm (excluding holidays) and do not include day of order. Ship times quoted are based on customer meeting our Order Cut Off Times (see above). Delivery charges are PER item. Ground shipping is not guaranteed.

If requesting a Preferred Delivery Date please ensure Preferred Delivery Date corresponds with Shipping Option chosen and our Order Cut Off Times (see above). Should your Preferred Delivery Date and the chosen Shipping Option selected conflict, we will defer to the Shipping Option and ignore the Preferred Delivery Date entered. ie. you ask for next day delivery under Preferred Delivery Date, then choose 3-4 business days under Shipping Option, we will send it using the 3-4 business day option selected.

If information entered under Special Instructions/Preferred Delivery Date are in conflict with any of our guidelines, they will be ignored.

If your gift must arrive on a specific date, please choose Overnight or 3 day shipping, which are Guaranteed options. We do not offer same day delivery. Some rural routes may take longer. Saturday delivery to major business areas may be available. Please call for quote.

Overnight and 3 day service not available to all areas or the USA. We will notify you if Overnight and 3 day shipping is chosen and not available for your chosen area.

If no one is home and delivery driver has access to the front door, the package will be left on the porch. Businesses and apartments may require a signature. Deliveries to hospitals are left at shipping and receiving, who will then deliver to recipient, (sometimes not until the next day).

Couriers do not accept requests for specific time of the day deliveries. ie. between 1 and 3, before 4pm, etc.

As long as you enter a correct email address on the following order page, you will receive a tracking number and tracking updates for your package.
